Vermont Salt Cave Spa & Halotherapy Center is a contemporary wellness center located in the foothills of Jay Peak in Northern Vermont. Built around a man-made salt cave composed entirely from Polish rock salt, our Salt Cave Spa offers 45-minute salt therapy sessions for total relaxation.​

 

Participants can enjoy the well-documented health benefits of salt therapy, popular in Europe since the first salt cave spa opened in Poland in 1838.

The grotto-like interior of our salt chamber has a cave micro-climate and was crafted to be as natural as possible to ensure maximum health benefits. ​​

Our spa in only 10 minutes away from Jay Peak Resort and 40 minutes from St. Albans. Along with Salt Cave therapy, clients can enjoy hand & foot detox sessions, an infrared/PEMF therapy mat, and a variety of massages, Reiki, and sound healing sessions. We also have a variety of products in our retail space, many of which are crafted right here in Vermont. We aim to be a local resource for healthful living and self-care.
