The Vermont Salt Cave Spa

Looking for a spa experience when visiting northern Vermont? The Vermont Salt Cave Spa offers relaxation, pampering, and healing for all.
Our Jay Peak area spa of 10 years and counting is a great way to spend time if you don't ski or snowboard - or to recover after a long day on the mountain!
Sit back, fully clothed in the micro-climate of a Polish underground salt cave and become immersed in the high levels of negative ions that will surround you. Close your eyes and fall into a totally relaxed state. You'll feel the difference after only one session.
Cost: $35 per 45 minute session

In our Hand and Foot Spa Room, you'll place your hands and feet on special salt blocks and let the salt do its magic. By the end of the 30-minute session, you may feel as if you've had a luxurious paraffin wax session as you marvel at how soft your hands and feet feel.
Cost: $25 per 30 minute session

Held in a private room, this session has the client lying down on a special mat made of amethyst, tourmaline and jade stones that emit negative ions, far infrared heat, photon light therapy at 660 nanometers, and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. This combination can boost energy levels, improve sleep quality, and stimulate the body's natural healing responses.
Cost: $30 for 30 minutes, $40 for 45 minutes

Our Traditional Chinese Medicine foot soak provides multiple benefits. It can enhance circulation, improving blood flow to the feet, thereby helping alleviate cold feet and swelling. It stimulates acupressure points on the feet, harmonizing the body's energy flow and potentially reducing stress, tension, and fatigue. The warm herbal infusion used in foot soaks has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, so it can help detoxify the body,and promote relaxation. As a non-invasive and accessible therapy, TCM foot soaks offer a holistic approach to enhance health and maintain balance in one's life.
