Hand & Foot Detox
Traditional Chinese Foot soaks
These foot soaks are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and are becoming a popular therapy at the Vermont Salt Cave. You spend 15 minutes with hands and bare feet on specially-heated salt stones and then soak feet for 30 minutes in heated water containing an herbal preparation specific to particular health and wellness issues.

Infrared/PEMF therapy
Your choice for either a 30 Minute Infrared/PEMF Therapy Session or a 45-minute session. $30 for 30 mins, $40 for 45 mins.
Lie down and relax on this special mat that has jade, amethyst, and tourmaline crystals embedded, emitting negative ions. Your body is bathed in infrared heat while magnets in the mat pulsate at the Schumann frequency of 7.8 hz (the Earth's frequency).
