Trip Payment:  Full payment is expected at time of registration.  We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call us right away at 802-326-2283.  The amount of your refund or credit towards another trip will depend on the date you notify us about your need to cancel or reschedule.  No refund is available if you cancel too close to your departure date.  All refunds will be in the form of the original transaction.  We do not make any refunds for any unused portions of your trip, such as:  not arriving, arriving late or leaving the trip early.

In the unfortunate event you must cancel your trip, your refund will be determined by the following:

​

• Over 60 days prior to departure - All but $100 from the total cost

• 60 - 30 days prior to departure - 50% of total trip fee

• Less than 30 days or failure to show - No Refund.
