Marma Therapy Session
Marma points are intersections of physical and nervous system pathways where prana is concentrated. Stimulation of these points on the body allows for prana to flow unobstructed, awakening cellular intelligence and communication and stimulating the subtle energy for healing purposes. When imbalances block the movement of free-flowing energy in the body, the resulting stagnation leads to physical and mental discomfort and disease.
Pressure, specific oils for your body type and gentle massage at these points releases blocked or stored energy allowing balance to be restored.
