“It is the endowing power of spirit that moves, inspires and breathes life into that vehicle we perceive as the physical body. A system of medicine which denies or ignores its existence will be incomplete, because it leaves out the most fundamental quality of human existence, the spiritual dimension.“ – Dr. Richard Gerber, M.D. Author of Vibrational Medicine.
Conventional or modern western medicine is actually a very recent healing modality developed over the past seventy or so years, placing its reliance on curing illness through drugs and surgery. It is based on a Newtonian viewpoint that the human body is a complex machine and each individual health issue can be treated separate and apart from the whole being. Disease is seen as a breakdown of one of the parts of the machine, and the doctor is the “repair person” who fixes the problem.
Prior to this for millennia, people relied on what is now termed Energy Medicine. It is centered around the concept that all living matter is energy, a vibrational force, which if operating at a high level, results in health. Conversely, if this energetic force is interrupted, disease and illness develops. More
